I’ve been living in this building for the past 4 1/2 years (in this studio for 2 1/2) and have to move out of NYC. My lease is up at the end of October and am trying to rent the space, legally through the building for June 1st. This is not a sublet and options for renting are below.

It is located in an Elevator Building, Live-in Super, Video Security, Laundry in the Building, Hi-Speed Internet, Marble Bath, Garage/Parking on Premises, Near Subway(s)., Built in 1989.

It is close to all restaurants, shops, movie theater and public transportation. The rent is $1250 including heat and hot water. The move in date is Jan 1 would need 2 months security deposit and 1/2 year broker’s fee, which we had to pay double when we found the place.
