My roommate is graduating and moving out, so I’m looking to sublet 1 bedroom in my 2 bedroom East Village apartment starting May 1st. The end date is flexible, but longer is better (like 6 months to a year or more).
About me – I’m 30, non-smoker, I work at Sony on artist websites, and I have one very friendly cat.
About the apartment – it’s a 2BR on Avenue A in the East Village, about 3 blocks from the 1st Ave L stop and a 15 minute walk from Union Square. My place is on the 4th floor of a walkup. It’s small but cozy and close to lots of restaurants, bars, music venues, etc.
The rent is $1200/month plus utiities (about $50 per person per month for electric, gas and WiFi).
