In December 2013, I took a four-day course on Transcendental Meditation at the David Lynch Foundation. I had no idea what I was getting into — it was all totally new for me. I was surprised to find that I immediately reaped the benefits of meditation. It forever changed my life.

Over the years, my clients and community have asked me lots of questions about my meditation practice. They want to hear about my experience and learn how they can find their own path.

I believe meditation can benefit everyone, especially people who reject it the most. Of course, I never try to convince people to do something they don’t want to do. If you’re a little bit curious, though (even if you remain skeptical!), I encourage you to look into the possibilities. I think meditation is a game changer, and could truly change the world if everyone were to embrace it.

I created my Guide to Meditation as a way to answer their questions. It’s a resource that serves as an entry point for exploration, as there’s no one-size-fits-all in the meditation world.
