How do you define success?

Success is both a measure of great accomplishment and satisfaction but more importantly purpose and contribution.

How do you measure your own success?

In my current business, witnessing your artist and client reach both critical and financial success. It's rewarding to help them execute a vision, put something out into the world that reaches people and then be able to afford a lifestyle around their art. Personally, finding and exploring new opportunities and connections that open my mind to new experiences as well as new perspectives.

How does success feel?

Invigorating.

When was the last time you felt successful? What happened?

Not long ago, an artist of mine purchased his first home while at the same time putting out his debut album which was an offering of a deep personal relationship. It felt successful to watch him start a home while putting out a piece of art that's entirely honest and exciting.

How do you celebrate your success?

With the people around you who were helpful in that success. Success is definitely never accomplished alone.

What advice would you offer to someone who wants to be successful?

Focus on constantly growing and strengthening the relationships around you. You'll understand the world and human beings better.
