How do you define success?

By how I feel. Do I feel light? Inspired? Energetic? And am I working with my full potential? If not then i need to reassess and get off my ass. I also have to have a sense of “knowing”. Knowing that i’m on the right track and not to waiver.  These things give me the sense of peace and balance that i need to be happy and content. This is my vision of success: maximizing my potential and feeling inspired and content.

How do you measure your own success?

By my inspiration and happiness. I’m generally inspired and happy when I’m creating something. This can be an intangible like “creating a space for my patients to heal and evolve” whether through words or quiet support. Tangibles like building a physical space or website. I just need to see things evolving.

How does success feel?

It feels light and alive.

When was the last time you felt successful? What happened?

I received an email from a patient who said her time with my clinic was a period of amazing personal evolution that had transformed her life. She became aware of herself on a deeper level, took responsibility for her health and took control of her life. Having had any hand in this bring me great joy.

How do you celebrate your success?

By continuing to create it and sharing the possibility.

What advice would you offer to someone who wants to be successful?

To choose to take action and create something, ANYTHING that inspires them and to then STAY ON THE PATH. Flip flopping from one thing to the next makes it tricky manifest something meaningful and lasting.
